Shirley's Story
Darn, it has been so long since I have seen most of you guys. Well, I went 2 yrs. at BC. After Jim Rogers and I broke up, I met a really nice guy who didn't play games. He worked as a Vet's assistant in Bakersfield. We got married May 2, 1970. He passed away Dec. 28, 2008. I buried him Jan.5,2009, so you can see how my year started out. We have one daughter, and 2 grandchildren (one 4 yr. old girl and 1 tiny little guy, born last Veteran's day)....Expand for more
I can already tell we are going to really have to put the brakes on him. I am here with my 3 dogs who try to talk back, but I guess I'm the stupid one here, they look at me kind of wierd because I don't know what they are saying. LOL I babysit while my daughter goes to work. Her son's dad comes and picks them up when he gets off work. I don't get to see a lot of them because they live in Bakersfield. Ole Grandma ain't what she use to be. LOL
