Shirley's Story
I have always written poems for individuals’ special events, for charity organizations, for Hadassah Medical Organization newspaper columns and for pleasure. Therefore in 2004 I joined our local senior, community Poetry Club where My poetry exposure is expanding.

around various volunteer efforts such as building accessible US playgrounds with the AAOS (American Association of Orthopaedic Surgeons).
As a Toastmaster, I give speeches. Walking is my exercise of choice.
With 35 great grandchildren I am fortunate to be involved in many family activities
