Shirley's Story
Life
Personal life: I divorced in 1996 and moved to Waco. I have two children, one married and one in college. I have 2 beautiful grandchildren.
After high school, I went to college and got my degree in nursing. I now teach nursing at MCC. Hey, Mr. Holder still teaches there!! I also work part-time in a labor and delivery unit in Waco. I have seen some of our classmates have children. I also seen some of our classmates...Expand for more

When I was a senior in high school, I dated a boy (Buddy) from West. Buddy and I dated for a short while and then, due to unforeseen circumstances, we broke up. I never forgot him and always wondered about him. I run into him one day in HEB (by the deli section). I was divorced and so was he. We picked up where we left off and started dating. We got married last May and we are very happy.
