Life
After Aitchpe and Indiana University, a bad short (4 years) first marriage, and a great (43 years in 2008) second one with wife, Nancy. Daughter Lenore and husband Dusty presented us with our grandson, James Adam Ryan, on October 19, 2000. Son Adam, a 4th grade teacher (his wife, Paula, an attorney) completed a 4 1/2-month 2,167-mile Appalachian Trail hike (from Georgia to Maine) in mid-2000. anddaughter, Isabela Lena Salinger, on March 20, 2004. I had a long (17 years) career in advertising and longer (25+ years) one in life insurance. Always a post-collegiate Californian, I've lived in Los Angeles ('55-'80) and San Luis Obispo ('80-'97); finally, retired in 1997 to Sun City Roseville (near Sacramento). Health problems led to five hospitalizations in 2006-2007, but in good shape since then. Main interests: Reading, Writing, Genealogy.
