Simon's Story

After graduating from high school, I went to Morris Brown College on an athletic scholarship.I played football and several other sports and did quite well. Received my degree and tried out with Kansas City Chiefs Football Team in '63 and felled a little short.Worked in the Chicago public school system. five years before I went into teaching and coaching in the Atlanta Public School System. I retired in 2006.My wife Ella and I have two kids. We also have three grandkids.I am actively involved in my church and I am a volunteer with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. My best friend would tell you I'm very witty, but people who don't know me very well would probably describe me as quiet and reserved.
