Catch 'em up on what you've done and who you are. I'm a visual/performance artist and working union actor. Showing in museums and galleries for 40 years-locally/nationally/internationally and am a 6 times grants recipient. My next solo exhibition will be in Chinatown Los Angeles for Summer 2010-June/July at L2kontemporary. I also show in Brussels, Belgium where I am originally from-with a gallerist in Ixelles, and in Barcelona at the Davis Museum. I've been acting professionally since the age of 4, when my mom got me into show biz upon our arrival to Boyle Heights from Brussels. I also studied professionally outside of school and auditioned during my high school years at Fairfax. Took a 20 year break from acting do to sexual harrassment as a kid and young adult/teenage years and got involved in the artworld. George Herms, Wallace Berman, and Al Hansen were my mentors who encouraged me to make painting and collage my careers.
