Siv's Story
Back in my childhood years, I attended Hazel Valley Elementary School, Cascade Middle School, began high school at Evergreen High School and finished at Highline. Not many will remember me, as I was never involved in any clubs at Highline. I wasn't into sports, music, drama, or anything else that was noteworthy. I wasn't popular, and I didn't have the 'best of' anything worthy of mentioning in the high school year book. I was quiet and reserved, and pretty much hung out with people that were more like me -- the invisible and social misfits.

dn't finish a second time. I had been married and divorced a bunch of times, and I have two awesome children who are now adults. I didn't stay in Burien much at all after graduation because I never felt that I belonged there. I grew up there, but I felt that my heart wanted to call some place else 'HOME'. And, so my heart called several places 'HOME'. Today, I live in a far-away rural area just in the shadows of Mt. Rainier. I worked as a computer geek for two decades and I have decided to go chase after my dream of becoming a chef. So far, I would have to say that 2012 is the best year of my life.
