Sky's Story
Life
Ten years certainly went by too quickly and so much has changed, for me at least. I was married and divorced by age 21, a so-called "starter marriage." I went to Cuesta and Cal Poly studying Human Development. I moved to San Francisco and to Boston. I've had several "dream jobs" only to give them up for a new city and more "dream jobs." Right now, I work for the Harvard Radcliffe Children's Center as a resource teacher, teaching sign language to the babies is my current project. I'm getting married on June 22, 2002. We'll be on our honeymoon in Italy, the Amalfi Coast, while you guys are schmoozing back in A-town. Sorry, I'll miss it. I don't really get back to the SLO life that often, but it would be nice to hear from someone who remembers that I was more than just "Murray's girlfriend."

f the classroom and direct care for children to take a position as Director of Recruitment for a national nanny placement agency called, Beacon Hill Nannies. It's a great team and I'm excited to help them grow and develop new resources and technology. And yes, married life is going great! In fact, we're coming to California in April for a family event, perhaps I'll get a chance to catch up with some old friends before we head off to Cabo San Lucas for some sunshine!
***9/21/06***Well, now baby makes three! Alexandra Nicole Olander was born in December of 2005. She's perfect in every way, of course, and I am so thrilled to be her mom. Staying home and taking care of her is the best job I've ever had. Eric and I are currently looking to buy our first home here in the Boston metro area; the prices are ridiculous of course, but it's a lot of fun to shop around.
