Sonia's Story
Life
I left the Philippines on March 1957, after my sophomore year. I went to Tokyo, Japan with my family and lived there for 5 years where I finished high school in Yokohama. Had I stayed, I would have graduated with my friends in 1959 in St. Joseph's School. Then I came to California in 1961. After I graduated from Marymount College, (majored in Business Adminstration and minored in Art)I worked for awhile and then got married,and became a stay-home mom. iversity and a practising lawyer from Western State Law School. I still think of my old friends that I left back in the Philippines many years ago. If you remember me, drop me a line. I'll be the happiest person if I hear from you. My very good friends in high school were Zenobia(Chiquita)Camara, Fe Venida, Christina Relosa, Victoria Razon, Cecilia Arce and Walde Azada, Grace Dee, Purisima Africa, Lydia Cruz, Teresita Cruz, Norma Carrion and many more. I think of you guys sometimes. I've resided here in Tustin California since 1968. I am presently working part- time at a local school. We don't have grandchildren yet, but we have a cute dog named Frosty and a parakeet named Anthony. I hope to hear from you.
