Life As the proud parents of 6 amazing children I feel that we have been so blessed. Our road started out rocky with 8 years of infertility to help shape us and define our characters. Andy and I have been married for 17 years but still act like we are on our honeymoon. Andy is a wonderful husband and works two jobs so I can stay home with the kids. He has been a beer truck driver for 13 years and on weekends he works for Home Depot. This has been a nice part time job since he gets tons of idea's for improvments around the home. Andy also likes to tinker with the cars, and loves building models. He plans on adding a new deck on the house this summer in his spare time. Our kids are DJ- 19, Alyssa 7, Alexander 3, Marcus 2 and our 2 foster daughters 2 1/2 & 10 months . We adopted Alyssa and Alexander at birth. That was a great experience and I love mentoring other couples that are considering adoption. It's a great way to build a family and I enjoy sharing our testimony. God has really taught us a lot about faith and healing through our children. Alexander is our football star and has thrown a perfect spiral since he was 12 months old. Marcus is our little mechanic and climbs on everything he can. We just finalized his adoption in October, he has added such joy to our family. It is fun having two boys so close in age. Of course the house is a mess most of the time but life is never dull that is for sure. Alyssa is our princess and makes me pull my hair out. She is stubborn just like me.
