Since high school I have had four children- 3 boys and 1 girl. I currently live back in Castro Valley with my husband and youngest child. My youngest and only girl is a beautiful and smart young woman I am proud to be related to. My three boys have moved out and have started their own lives. The two oldest boys each have a son, making me a grandmother. They each live close by, allowing me to enjoy spending time with my grandsons in my downtime. My youngest of the boys is a Marine stationed in San Diego. In the middle of junior year I made the decision to move away and stay with my step sister in Brentwood. I eventually decided it was best for me to just take my GED. After a few years, 2 kids (and a bad marriage) later, I moved to Pleasanton. I moved around for a bit to San Ramon and Danville, but eventually ended up in Pleasanton for most of the years. Two more kids came along after moving to Pleasanton. When my older children started moving out, we relocated briefly to Union City, and then finally settled in Castro Valley, not far from the high school. I enjoy being back in Castro Valley and love that there have been few changes over the years. I have had the pleasure of reconnecting with former friends from school who still live in the area. I have had different jobs and a couple of home based businesses over the years.
