Stephanie's Story
Life
I am currently living in Shepherdsville where I bought my first house 5 years ago. I live with my boyfriend Chuck, who is currently deployed to Iraq. No kids, dont want any, but I do have 3 cats and one dog. They are like my children. My sister has 2 girls and 2 step-girls. My mom and dad divorced in April 1997. My dad passed away in May 2003. I lost my last grandparent in August 2004, not long after I came home from Vegas. Then a month later I lost my cousin, who was like a brother to me. Its been a rough couple of years, but I am surviving. I have calmed down a lot. My parents thought I would be covered head to toe with tattoos and piercings, but I only ended up with 7 tattoos and 3 piercings, (which I do not have anymore) so thats not too bad!
School

id not particuarly enjoy high school, but I did enjoy meeting new people. I met some really great people. I also met some not so great people. The teachers that I had were great, I just wasn't into doing the work. I am glad I got to experience graduation and things like that.
Workplace
After many different ranges of professions, I think I may have found one that I can live with. I dont particuarly like the place where I work, but I like doing what I do, and I didnt have to spend 4 years in college figuring it out. I obtain prior authorizations for insurance companies for durable medical equipment. I like it because I learn alot about the equipment I deal with and the diagnosis' that go along with it. I also do not have to deal with irate patients, which is a plus.
