Stephanie's Story
I'm a hydrogeomorphologist (married to another) and have consistently worked with water resources programs in a variety of settings over the years (I'm now quite intrigued with the Santa Ynez River system!). I went to UC Davis (BS Geology), and Oregon State (MS Geology, PhD Environmental Sciences through the Civil Engineering Dept). I have 2 amazing daughters who finished college as a marine biologist and an archaeologist; I raised them both in Oregon. I recently moved to Santa Barbara (from Bainbridge Island, WA) and am enjoying being back in the fabulous sun.
