Life
Hello to anyone who might actually be reading this....why are you reading this? This site is SO wierd. Life is good. Will be married for 5 years as of 11/9/06 to a fellow 1992 Southern alumni, Steve Schleckser.
We adopted an adorable 3 year old on 12/13/06 who has been with us since April 2006. I guess we will try for the biological kids down the road. Thanks to the real estate boom we were able to sell our condo in Smithville and get a house built in Barnegat.
Steve and I are both Stockton graduates. I have a BA in English/Literature with minor in pre-law. I am employed by New Jersey State Division of Yo...Expand for more
uth and Family Services as a Social Worker. I LOVE MY JOB....it is challenging,exciting and rewarding all at once.. who can ask for more?
We like to travel a lot, visit NYC for shows and just have a fun time in general!
Workplace
I always thought I wanted to be an English teacher...right up to my senior year in college when at the last minute I did not know what I wanted. After much soul searching and getting involved with some charity work I realized that one did not need to be only a teacher to help kids. I got into social work type jobs and that lead me to DYFS. I love being a social worker for New Jersey.
