Stephanie's Story
Shortly before Culinary School graduation, I was married to a great guy, Jace Petersen. We recently celebrated our 27th anniversary. He has been a good and supportive husband and I consider it a great blessing to have met him at such a young age. I worked in the culinary field as a pastry chef, bakery manager, and at a resort as a banquet chef and line cook. After 4 years of marriage, I got pregnant with my first son. I decided to stay with him full time and work part time at the resort as the baker for the restaurant. I stayed there for a few months and was soon able to be home full time. I am now a full time corporate executive chef two beautiful boys. Sam, age e5. Luke age 20. I have stayed here in AZ andliveup in the White mountains. I have written four nationally published cookbooks, bern a celebrity chef on the Heartland network and radio host on Fox news.

. He teaches Police Dept. and Fire dept. academy instructors and works with Nascar teams and th Secret service. The last 14 years he was the primary care provider for his mother and father who lived with us. His father was one of my dearest friends. I miss him everyday. His mother just moved out about 6 months ago and we are enjoying the time to have it be just us again.
I have remained very involved with my church. I am currently serving in the womens ministry as an instructor. I've been involved in the childens ministry, youth ministry, and as the choir director. Still my greatest hero is Jesus Christ and I feel a strong desire to keep my faith in Him. I hope that others will come closer to his light by knowing me. What a strength he continues to be in my life!
God has given me so much and I feel like I am truly happy. I am a simple woman with love in my life. In the end that's what really matters.
