Life
I am still living in Seattle, WA where I've been since graduation. The move here has been one of the best things I could have done. I have been blessed beyond measure at how much my life has changed since I made the move over 8 years ago.
I have a wonderful job that I don't even qualify for (on paper). I started a job at The Lasik Vision Institute back in 2002 and was promoted a few years ago to the Center Manager. I started as a Patient Counselor and worked my way to running the whole practice. I love what I do (most of the time) but I work crazy hours and sometimes the stress levels can be through the roof!!
My spare time is mostly spent in the church. I have a great church home and wonderful pastors. They are not only Pastors to me but friends, mentors, and my spiritual parents. I am still single with no children but would like to have a family in the near future. I do enjoy my singleness though because I am able to do many things I wouldn't have been able to do. I love to travel. My favorite thing latly has been cruising. I enjoy being able to see multipe destinations in one vacation. Plus it's kind of nice just being independant and having accomplished your own things. To know you can make it on your own and be successful without a man. That way at least you know you wont settle!!
Overall I am just enjoying life here in the great northwest. I do miss Tucson sometimes, especially in the dead of winter when we never see sunlight. I try and visit at least once every year, allthough it seems a lot less freaquent latly. Oh yeah, and if your wondering, Roxanne and I are still best friends!!
