Stephen's Story
After high school I joined the Marine Corps. Yeah, a nice Jewish boy from Fairfax High school in the Marine Corps. Got out of the Corps and joined the Army. Went into Special Forces. Attended OCS and was commissioned a 2nd Lieutenant. I lived all over the world including Vietnam. I got married in 1970, believe it or not, I am still married to the same woman 50 years later. er Jewish Green Beret that I knew in the 8 years I was in Special Forces. I got my bachelors and master’s degree while in the Army. When I got out I got a law degree and worked in commercial real estate putting shopping centers together and financing shopping centers, apartment buildings and construction loans for them and tract housing throughout California. I lived in the Bay Area until I retired the month before I turned 62 in June 2005. WE now live in Seaside California. I will attend the 60th reunion if COVID-19 is under control.
