Stephen's Story
Stephen left NHHS, and attended UCSB, UCI, and graduated with a bachelor's in psychology from UCLA. He completed his Ph.D. in clinical psychology from CSPP in Los Angeles, CA in 1977. Stephen moved to Ventura, CA with his first wife, and they had two wonderful daughters. Ventura was a small sleepy beach town like Newport used to be many years ago. orced. Stephen finally got it right with his third wife, DeDe. Stephen has a stepson. This couple moved to a small island off Nova Scotia, Canada, and Steve and DeDe lived, and worked, in Canada for 9(+) years. We returned to the U.S., and settled in Asheville, NC. Stephen has five granddaughters! Now, Stephen is a licensed psychologist in North Carolina, and retirement still seems several years into the future.
