Stephen's Story
Based on my experience, I'd guess that life has turned out to be very different from what we might have expected. The world has changed tremendously since my days at Wilson, along with radical changes in technology and values. I've spent a great deal of time working with people and using technology to facilitate providing services that could not have been provided in the past. I finally retired, but am willing to provide honest and unbiased observations to utility companies. unate to be able to live in a community that is kind of like Long Beach when I was growing up - meaning that it is a safe and quite place to live. If I hear a helicopter, it's very likely that there is a wildfire or a person lost in Cleveland National Forest. There was a time when i lived in Anaheim when the helicopter would circle our neighborhood and keep the spotlight in our yard - somehow I don't think that someone was lost in my backyard in an urban area.
