Life
An extensively accomplished business executive with over twenty five years of success in all facets of training, mentoring and marketing; from development of training programs, to seminar guest speaking occasions, to strategic planning, to new product development for billion dollar, international, Fortune 500 companies.

R. Stephen Rayfield teaches and mentors people how to use a variety of marketing tools and techniques to add value to products and services. His business experience spans Fortune 100 corporations, small businesses, and International services. Plus a variety of real life products and services where he gained extensive hands-on experience in various marketing approaches. Steve now coaches, manages projects and mentors others to create solid marketing programs and systems using the best marketing tools and techniques.
He is President of ESIL, an interim marketing consulting firm, which creates, mentors, and manages marketing programs. ESIL is a North American firm whose goals are to develop and increase marketing skill's sets of key organizational people, through creating specific company learning programs and individual mentoring sessions for people. ESIL seeks to leverage the product or service marketing equity for the people, products and shareholders.

Mr. Rayfield was educated at Ryerson University, Seneca College, Institute of Canadian Advertising and York University. His scholastic background is rounded out with a number of additional courses with the American Management Association in Marketing, Selling, and General Management.
He is a Keynote Speaker in both National and International forums. Steve is a course leader for the American Management Association on four and five day seminars: "How to be a Successful Product Manager"; "Fundamentals of Marketing"; ÂDeveloping New Products New MarketsÂ; ÂAMA General Management Unit III Marketing seminarÂ, ÂCompetitive Marketing Strategies and a guest speaker in other CMC Marketing programs. As well he has done a number of customized AMA on-site seminars for Ethicon Endo-Surgery, BellSouth, Steel Case, Siemens Energy & Automation, Westinghouse Nuclear Services, Open Solutions, First Data, Inc., Gordon Foods, Anixter, AdvancePCS, and other fine companies.
Steve has trained over 2,967 people with new skills. Each of his seminars, work with sessions and groups sessions are filled with practical tools that people can use in their company. They help participants focus on key marketing business issues. Equally important they are tools that provide direction and decisions for working easier, faster, and smarter to generate real value.
