Stephen's Story
Presently,
After graduating from Texas Tech in 2004 with my Master's Degree in Sports Management, I landed a job in recreation at Lake Tahoe, CA. in April 2005. However, before I took my job in April, I was blessed with the birth of my beautiful daughter, Silvia Marie, on Mar. 3, 2005. Two months later, I was married with my wife, Nancy - whom I met in college while we were undergrads at Cal-State Northridge.
Now, I reside in Laredo, TX. and I am the Ass...Expand for more
istant Director of Intramural Sports at Texas A&M International University (check out the website: tamiu.edu/recsports). I have been here since Aug. 2007. The city is located approximately 2 hours southwest of San Antonio and the Mexican/Texas boarder. The populus of the town is mainly Latino/Chicano (98-99%). It reminds of me of home in Oxnard, CA. but not as much farming.
I hope to return to CA. someday but I am happy where I am at and what I am doing.
