Billie's Story
No one probably noticed, I didn't make it to the class reunion. I did go to our 20 year reunion...was the only one I attended. Was very shy and backwards in school and because of it, I never got to know very many people, and possibly why I don't go to our reunions. I'm now outgoing, love to talk to people and have many hobbies, but genealogy is my favorite. This year hubby Steve and I will celebrate our 39 years of marriage! Have two children and four grandchildren, all live close. We live in a very small community in southern Ohio. We're so small they tried to take us off the map, but because of a covered bridge, a national landmark, they had to put us back on the map. house, and about a 8-10 foot waterfall that can be seen from the back yard and windows of our home (maybe 20 yds??) and a beautiful view from our balcony; that is when there's water in the creek. Because the creek starts back of the house, if we haven't had any rain for a while, it will dry up. The creek runs down the side of our house into a larger creek that runs in front of our home. Have deer that visit our yard daily and enjoy watching the young baby deer when mommy deer finially lets them venture out in the open.
Went to Los Altos Grade School, Carmella Jr. High, South Whittier Jr. High and of course Monte Vista. One year of college, then I got married. Always thought I'd go back to school, but the the children came along and was lucky to be a "stay-at-home" mom.
