Stephen's Story
I spent 3 months in Sao paulo, Brazil as an exchange student, then spent two years at Antioch College, dividing my time there and in Washington, DC, where I then lived for 10 years. Finished my Bachelor's degree in Dance Performance and danced with a number of companies in DC, until I moved to NYC in 1980. I continued to dance there for a while til I had a series of injuries that took me away from dance. Since then I have worked in the food industry doining everything from dishwasher to general manager of a NYC restaurant. t high-end architectural lighting designers--- and after eight years with them and almost 25 years in the city, I
moved upstate to a very charming hamlet in southwestern Albany County---life was a lot less hectic and beautiful 3/4 of the year and brutally snowy/icy/cold the rest.....so in 2010 I moved to the Caribbean to Vieques, PR . I live here full-time and do not miss the Homeland.
I rarely get back to Wyomissing, as both my folks and my older brother, Mike, are dead. A few cousins and some nephews and their wives and kids and my sister-in-law Susie (Jones) are all that remain there.
I have reconnected with many classmates on FB and that is great fun!
