Stephen's Story

Life After working at various libraries around the State (mostly at CSUN and later in Fresno), I became the Engineering Manager at a small company in Simi Valley. Having fulfilled my life's ambition of knowing more about pressure sensors than I ever wanted to, I decided to go back to the profession for which I trained: teaching. t High School, and I had a great time! As of July 11th, 2019, I retired from teaching after 19 and 1/2 years. College I can remember sitting in my World History I class with Dr. Schruben and being absolutely enthralled. This was something that I waited for for my entire life: intellectual challenge. I had excellent teachers at Pierce, and I continue to take classes there just for entertainment.
