Karen's Story

Life Here is the status of my life as of 10/31/08: My kids (Matt,18; Megan,17 and Morgan,15) are growing up too fast. My oldest (Matt) is in college, My middle child (Megan) is a Junior in High School and my youngest child (Morgan) is a Sophomore. I have been working as a hairstylist for as long as I can remember! I am self employed and doing quite well. My husband of 19 years (Steve) is an electrical engineer. I left Champaign in 1988 and have lived in Davenport, Iowa ever since. I would also like to mention that I love rock music, both old and new. My favorite band of all time is Def Leppard. I ...Expand for more
have been to countless concerts and I have met them. They are great , as a band and as human beings. My favorite new rock band is Nickelback. They rock! Well, not much more to tell except I am not the same "quiet weirdo" like most of you thought I was in High School. To those of you who never took the time to get to know me, I wasn't weird, just shy. I also had a lot of issues at that time in my life. But being kids as we were, I would have probably made fun of me too not knowing those things. I forgive those of you who were not so nice to me back then, but still, shame on you! See you at the 30th!
