Steve's Story
It's been years since anyone called me Fubar, but yes, it's me, aka Findog. I am living the dream in Fairlawn, Ohio (a suburb of Akron) where I have been since leaving Concord. Finished my education at the University of Akron, met my bride of 32 years (and counting) and have 2 grown children, and one grandson as of May, 2010. My wife Denise has taught 3rd grade for 17 years at the school she attended as a child and my daughter Amanda is a special needs teacher with a Masters in Administration for 3,4 & 5 year olds with developmental disabilities. at Kent State University.My son Matt is a Digital Designer for Malone Advertising, a large J Walter Thompson ad agency here in Akron. All of us are Akron U grads.
Love music still, and have over 300 CDs, 400 albums, a full MP3 player and still like mostly 70's and early 80's Classic Rock. Walk my Lab Woody regularly, but after quitting a 40 year old nicotine habit 3 years ago, having trouble with the old beer gut (and I don't even drink beer anymore!)
What happened to our youth? Every Fall I look forward to a water break (reference to Concord Collegers) from life, but it's not there. Until later, thats probably more information than you needed.
