Steve's Story
Life
With the Passing of my wife with the birth of my last daughter, 14 years ago, I had to grow up fast. Not only was I active duty military I was a single parent of two beautiful daughters. I have done better then I thought I would raising them. I remained active Duty military until Samolia, where I was medically retired. So out in the big wide world came a Retired S.F. Soldier with two little girls. I work two full time jobs and spend the rest of the time with my girls. Our Special time is when Friday night comes and all three of us are raceing on the local dirt track. That is when I know I am in heaven, my girls and I togeather. And please don't tell Mr. Ladd I still can not spell he would have a fit. My motto is remember to see beauty in everything, each day. And always w...Expand for more
alk in beauty. P.S. The picture is of my girlfriend and I at the track, We were watching my daughters race. I wrecked my car in the time trials.
School
Boy, thinking back to when I was in school, now that is really frightning. I was the biggest looser there was. Had no direction. Thinking back I wish I had applied myself better. To go from school looser to The army and then on to Special forces, that was a big step. Never thought I could ever achieve that. I was alway a dreamer, I followed my dream and then I think I chased some of other peoples dreams. I got to see the places we discussed in history and geography. I was part of Coup da tat's in the Phillipiens. I had a chance to do and use the things I learned in school. Not that I ever thought I would well maybe auto shop.
