Steve's Story
After graduating high school, I went on to further my education at Central Michigan University. There, I met my future wife, Theresa, and graduated with a BS in BA in 1990 majoring in accounting. After graduation I got married and started my career with Deloitte & Touche (now known as Deloitte). After 14 years with the firm, the last few as Director of Business Development for the Great Lakes Region, I decided that I didn't truly enjoy my work anymore. So...I decided to reinvent myself and went back to school to go into teaching (my dad would either be proud or call me an idiot!!).

f more years of schooling, I finally got my teaching certificate...then we decided to move to the Chicago area. In June of 2007 we relocated our family to Naperville, Illinois...where I just completed my first year as a teacher (7th grade science)...and loved it.
My two daughters, Jessica (11 - going into 7th grade in '08/09) and Nicole (10 - going into 5th) have adjusted well and love their new home, friends, and community.
My wife is a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers (which was a competitor of mine while I was at Deloitte) and loves what she does. We are very happy with how life has worked out thus far! :)
