Steve's Story
Life
After high school, I went to SBCC and became a Radiologic Technologist (Xray tech). Moved to Las Vegas in 1974 and went to UNLV and got a BS in Secondary Education (health, science) and a graduate degree in Educational Administration (M.Ed.). Continued working in radiology and became a CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine technologist as well. I have managed and directed in and outpatient
radiology facilities and have even owned my own medical imaging center. Currently, I am developing another imaging center with an
Internal Medicine physician.
I find Las Vegas a most exciting and interesting city to live.
Certainly not boring. Have avoided the gambling bug but have been
seriously bitten by...Expand for more
the golf and cabinetry bugs.
My wife is a elementary school teacher that is retiring this year, after
31 joyous year of teaching. She is one of those rare birds that really
wanted to be teacher and loves every facet of it (except the pay).
We are definitely animal lovers, Bandit is our pride and joy. He is a Border Collie that is smarter than we are (hard to believe, I know).
We have a 20 year old goose and 4 cats. We have no children.
We live on an acre in Las Vegas and it is truly our heaven. Especially in Las Vegas where land is prime and costly. We have lived
in the same house since 1979 and fortunately, purchased it when it was affordable to do so....we love it.
