Steve's Story
Its been many years since I contacted anyone, but you may remember me as the skinny white boy in the Wheatley Band toting around a french horn 74 -78. John Davis was the Director and most of all my friends were in the band. I was always proud of our hard work it took for us to earn the State sweepstakes award (I think the first in the schools history).
I went to college after graduating (1978) to Wayland Baptist University (bad mistake-thanks Fernando Ibarra). I returned to San Antonio and joined the Air Force and served as an Aircraft Mechanic at different locations aro...Expand for more
und U.S Europe and Asia until I retired. During my military career I earned 2 Associates degrees (aircraft technology, Instructor of Technology). After retirement, I graduated form Southern Illinois University with a BS in Workforce Education and Development, and Later, A BS Degree in Biology at UTSA. I am currently living in Austin (Pflugerville)with my wife, daughter, and two grand kids. I am a Natural Resource Specialist for the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
I lost touch with so many people I went to to school with and would loke to talk to them again.
