Steve's Story
After high school, I went 1 semester at LA Valley College (remember, we were the last- or one of the last - mid-year graduating classes in LAUSD). Then four years at SFVSC/CSUN and graduated with a BS in Business Administration. I worked in operations for an Oil Field/Heavy Haul Truck Line, working in Montebello for 6 years, rising to the Terminal Manager, then moved to the home base in Houston, Texas for 3 years as the Western Ops Manager. UCLA's Anderson Graduate School of Management. Out of grad school, I started working for IBM and still there in my 33rd year. Started as a Systems Engineer and had many stints in Technical Support/Management roles. Currently Program manager for worldwide Hardware Client Experience and Satisfaction Management. I have been married for 27 years and Anne and I have produces three wonderful children (2 daughters and a son). No grand kids yet, I guess I have that to look forward to along with retirement.
