Steve's Story
After High School I joined the Navy, I spent 3 toursof duty to Vietnam on USS Coral Sea. The third year I was the #1 Wrestler in the Navy in my weight class. The following year I was the #2 Boxer in the Navy in my weight class. Spending 4 years in the Navy followed by 16 years in the Army National Guard. Retiring with 20 years. At age 23, I married Elaine, we have been married for 44 great years. We have 4 children, 12 grandkids and 5 great grandkids. USU in 2004. My wife and I have spent the last 12 years managing a milatary related Non-profit called Operation Give. Our projects include sending Stocking to the Troops, Humanitarian Aid, Toys, Sporting Equitment and School Supplies to people in need, both in the US and around the world. Hobbies include hunting, fishing and love of traveling. My large yard, orchard and garden keeps me busy.
