I have had to learn a lot of things the hard way. I am a recovering diabetic, 5 bypass open heart survivor. I have been laid off, fired, outsourced and given my walking papers.
Through all of this I have learned to coach others toward success. I have recently become a Certified Transitions Lifestyle Coach and am teaching others how to live a balanced lifestyle and manage their weight.
I enjoy helping people learn to be successful in their own businesses and lives.
I also enjoy helping people learn to speak in public and overcome their fears.".
