Steve's Story

Following my graduation from Papillion LaVista High School and a rather adventuresome visit to upstate New York, I returned to Nebraska, moving to Downtown Omaha. Freed of past inhibitions and burdens, I was led by the Dark Spirits to my induction into the Church of Satan. I found their encouragement of lustful, earthly persuits to be quite cathartic. These escapades became the central endeavor of my life for the following three years, after which the Church politely but firmly asked me to disavow my membership to them, saying they appreciated my enthusiasm, but were unable to reconcile their impression of me as being, and I quote, "a little weird." Undaunted, I instantly formed my own cult, The Order of the Gyrating Floozies, a somewhat pious, sanctimounious gathering of born again (and again, and again) Christians who found their path to enlightenment through late-night interperative dance and inspired chanting on some of Omaha's somewhat more populated urban street corners. Unfortunately, this congregation was foredoomed to failure, as many of our members were arrested for prostitution or public indecency within mere days of their initiation. The narrow-minded and spiritually misguided philistines of the Omaha Police Department were...Expand for more
quite disinterested in learning of the true, divine nature of our cause, choosing instead to resort to petty mockery and jeering. I have bestowed a nasty hex upon them. Though the impassioned pleas for the continued dissemination of my Divinely inspired cosmic wisdom are still a constant background hum in my life, I currently have no interest in forming any new followings, elecing instead to sequester myself to the confines of my meditiation chamber, where I continue to contemplate and evoke the amporphous awareness that is the Universe at Large through the delicate and near forgotten art of auto-erotic quilting. Pending approval of the Consumer Product Safety Commission and the FDA, I will have several such products for sale through my personal web-site, which, alas, is currently inaccessible due to several statutes regarding "decency" and "moral degredation." Regardless of the many obstacles (and restraining orders) my journey towards nirvana have brought forth, I hold my head up high and strive ever more towards my ultimate self actualization and ascention. With hopes of seeing all of you classmates, who made me feel so welcomed and at home in those vital, formative years of my life, once again in our next lives, I bid ye: suck it.
