Steve's Story
Life
I currently reside in Atlanta Georgia where I will serve as the President of the Southern Association of Independent Schools.
I moved from Arizona in December 2006, where I was the Headmaster of The Orme School. The Orme School is a College Preparatory Boarding School located in the middle of a 26,000 working ranch in the geographical center of Arizona.

After graduation from CHHS I attended Bethany Nazarene College (now Southern Nazarene University) on a basketball scholarship. It was there that I completed my Bachelor and Master degrees. I completed my Ph.D. at Oklahoma State. I worked at SNU for 3 years, OSU for 5 years, was an Associate Vice Chancellor at the University of Nebraska for 3 years, and was the Vice President of Student Affairs at Carl Albert State College in Poteau, OK. I served as the Headmaster of Saddlebrook Prep in Tampa, Florida immediately before moving to Arizona in January of 2004.
