Steve's Story
Left for the Navy in September 1973.
Spent 6 years in the service with over 4 years on the USS JF Kennedy (CV67) out of Norfolk, VA. Made 3 -6 month cruises to the Mediterranean and 1 cruise to the North Atlantic. (above the Arctic Circle)
Trained as an Electronics technician in the Navy, got out in 1979 and went to work building computerized test systems in West Concord, MA (for GenRad Inc.).
Met my wife (Lynn) in 1980 and bought a house together in Southern New Hampshire in 1982. Married Lynn in 1983 and had our first son (Tim) in 1985

Went to night school part time at Northeastern University and received my Electrical Engineering degree in Spring 1988.
Then took a job in in Essex Junction, Vermont in 1988 with IBM Microelectronics about the time my second son (Dan) was born..
In 2000 I joined two friends who started a new Engineering Design business.
I now spend winters in Tempe, Arizona near our local design Center and summers back in Vermont. Realized a lifelong dream and got my private pilots license in June 2018.
I wish all of my CCHS classmates well and hope we'll have an opportunity to reconnect in the future.
