Steve's Story
Hardly seems like half century has passed since we walked the halls of Bountiful HS... People call me Sir .... That's a euphemism for old foggy... But I can still get to the top of Kings Peak In the Uintahs... At the time of graduation I thought I would marry classmate Kimberlee Michaelis...that to my chagrin at the time did not happen. I served an LDS mission to Japan. Robert Senior from our class was my "senior " companion I also worked with Sherm Anderson from our class. After returning I entered BYU graduating in English with a Philosophy minor. On August 9th 1974 I married a JoAnna Cramer from Coeurdalene ID. We had 7 children ... 6 have survived.. All have served LDS missions to many areas of the World ....we now have 18 grandchildren ...and would only have 2 if 3 of our children had not survived the bombing of their elementa...Expand for more
ry school in 1986. ( see Cokeville Miracle ... TC Christensen production 2015)...our family has lived in about 6 Western States ....I run a small trucking business based out of Tremonton Ut. My wife is a Gold distributor with Doterra. In HS I was affectionately known as "Herc"....as some of you may remember.... I don't lift weights anymore but I ride my bike and backpack a lot in the mountains. I have been a student of many things including Civil War history.. I coached a student chess club in Glendale AZ and entered 25 of my students in the National Tournament ... These days I read many books and am presently heavy into eschatology.... ( end times)... I keep in touch with Clark Layton (1966) and John Olson from our class.... If we have a 50 yr reunion I'll look forward to seeing many of you there.... Best wishes to the class of 67.
