Life
My Spouse
We went to Lower Lake High together and were in the same religious following. I went away to New York City for a year and when I came back we looked each other up with no idea of what it would lead to - we were just good friends in school, never romantically linked.
My Pets
The cats are Danny (for Danny Kaye - another redhead)and Odot (found on an Oregon highway, get it? O.D.O.T....).
The turtle is Boxie, a Florida box turtle my kids bought about 5 years ago.
The rat is new and is named Iris (from "Drop Dead Gorgeous")
The fish are all fighting fish - my wife makes combination plant/fish arrangements with them.

My Kids
They are:
Jake: 19 years old. He works full time at the local ski resort (Mt. Bachelor).
Chelsea: 17 years old and a Senior this year. She expects to attend college in Washington state.
Jessica: 15 years old (16 in March) and was nominated to represent the U.S. for People to People, a student ambassador program. She will go to Australia and New Zealand for 3 weeks this summer.
My Job
We sell software to the Utility industry (Gas, Electric, Water, etc.). I am the Sr. Technical Consultant to the Sales Team, responsible for in-depth knowledge of both the Utility Industry and the various complexities of our application.
