Steven's Story
Howzit all! After I graduated in'72; I joined the USAF with my best friend Frank Asuncion. I retired from the AF after 30 years in 2002 as a CMSgt; spending my entire career as an aircraft maintainer. In 1977, I married Natalie Cabuslay from Lanai City, HI and we have 2 sons. Our oldest, Gabriel, is a Captain in the USAF. He and his wife Gina & kids are stationed in Germany. They have 2 kids, our granddaughter (Lana) and grandson (Benjamin). My wife and I live in Las Vegas now; been here since July 1998. After I retired; I did VIP Security at a niteclub in Harrah's; but now I'm doing security in the Cannery Casino about 4 miles from my house.
Life's been great; I've been to a lot of foreign countries (Gabriel was born in England) and experienced things that I probably wouldn't have if I didn't join the service.
Would I do it all over again? Damn straight I would!
