Life 18 years ago, I retired from the recruitment advertising in which I specialized for 34 years. After a few years hanging out and working on my music career, I went back to school for a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) to become a psychotherapist.. I have specialized in working with substance abusers (alcoholics and drug addicts) .I am licensed as an LMSW as well as a CASAC-2 (Credentialed Alcoholism And Substance Abuse Counselor). Since March, 2020, I have been providing "tele-health" or virtual psychotherapy online. My wife, Melinda (an corporate law attorney/litigator) and I are celebrating 35 years together; and my daughter, Allissa will turn 48 this March is married to a doctor and has 2 daughters.. As you may recall, I was in the chorus at OHS and am still very actively singing. For the last 43 years, I've been a member of the University Glee Club of NYC and performed many solos with them in various venues including Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center. for 43 years, I was the Director of Club Activities and a member of the Board, responsible for social activities such as 2 annual dinners and weekly entertainment by others after our rehearsals. Melinda and I also perform vocal recitals together. including weekly appearances on SPOTLIGHT ON YOU! which can be found on YouTube for many months. Musically, I've also become a professional whistler... yes people pay me to whistle! I've been on the TODAY SHOW (2x), GOOD MORNING AMERICA, CBS MORNING SHOW (3X), CBS SUNDAY MORNING, "Live With Regis" show, The Caroline Rhea Show, CNN, CBS, ABC, UNIVISION, FOX's "Good Day New York" and their evening news plus a number of cable TV shows.
