Steve's Story
Despite my inherent laziness, it's been a pretty good life, one that's allowed me to do a lot of interesting, pleasant, and unusual things. I may be the only person ever to get stuck on tour in Mammoth Cave. I married a beautiful, blue-eyed British blond with a couple of really good kids. door. I even served on city and state political party committees. Along the way, I got to be a sheriff and a soldier, work with hazardous chemicals and nuclear weapons, live overseas, and meet loads of people I admire. Today, my wife and I have a snug house filled with a small herd of cats, thousands of books and magazines, and even more memories.
