I then was transferred to Phoenix Arizona. I spent almost 5 years their and became an Environmental Health Technician. I soon their after went to Korea for a year. All as I can say is what a country. I then returned to the US at Columbus AFB, Mississippi. This was not the grader spot of the US. I was their almost 2 years and then went back to Korea. While their I did tempory duty in Japan and the Philippines. All I can say is what a party. After 4 years I returned to the US at Homestead AFB, Fl. nd landed a job with the Department of Defense office of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement this went on for 11 years. In that time I visited Thailand twice to see her family spent time working antinarcotics trafficking in Colombia, Guatemala, Honduras and Belize. I was laid off in Jul 08 due to down sizing. I am at present working for Presidential Airways as a safety rep. in Bagdad, Iraq. Update I am back at DynCorp International as QC logistics for aircraft parts. I sit most days with my head in a computer trying to find the history on a aircraft engine, transmission or rotor head. I really did not like Iraq that well. The commute to get there and I love my family more then the outlandish money they were paying us. I went from traveling 6000 miles to work to a 1.9 mile round trip. love it. Update DynCorp lost the government contract. I was with them 19 years 2 months. I now do thwe same thing but with a company called AAR WASS. I have 9 months till retirement. It has really been a ride.
