Stevi's Story
Life
I'm currently living in southern
California. I have one son, Heshimu
and one daughter, Kamilah. They
are both still unmarried with no
children. I am, as well, unmarried. I
am Director of Theatre at the Orange
County High School f the Arts in
Santa Ana, CA. We recently (Sept.
2000) opened our own campus and
we expanded to include grades 7 &
8. Our new facility houses a
recording studio, two television and
film studios, a full photography lab
and a computer animation lab. We
have 1000 students in a variety of
diciplines including Music & Theatre,
Visual Arts, Classical Dance,
Commercial Dance, Instrumental
Music, Production & Design, Creative
Writing, Film ...Expand for more
and Television and
Opera.
In addition, I direct professionally and
have traveled throughout the country
to do so. I travel quite a bit for work
and pleasure. My daughter is a very
talented actress and works all over
so I'm always going to see her
perform. She's been on Broadway
and is currently in Disney's Lion King
in Los Angeles.
In my spare time, I am a personal
manager for people in the
entertainment industry. I have several
clients and gratefully, they are all
working.
Like everyone else in LA I'm working
on a film. A documentary, actually,
about the Class of 1968. I'll probably
be hounding you for an interview.
