Sue Gordon:  

College I graduated from Elmira College in 1990. Then worked a year in Speech in NY (for Steuben/Alleghany BOCES) while Craig (Gordon) was still at EC (Soccer Asst. Coach). Went to England in '91 with him for a while then to Tampa (brothers there). We got married in '92 and have remained in Tampa. I worked for a while down here - not in Speech though. Got a temp job at an engineering firm that became an 8 year gig. I quit working midway through my third pregnancy. Now have 4 kids - "three boys and a princess" - (Tommy, 13; Matthew, 8; Catie, 6; Joseph, 4) and I'm still a stay-home mom. Craig is owner/director of Phys Therapy/Rehab facility and is still active in sports (tennis/golf/ soccer). Our daughter Catie was diagnosed in 2006 with Phelan-McDermid Syndrome, a genetic disorder of the 22nd chromosome that randomly affects some children (she was only the 275th diagnosed in the world!). Luckily we'd known something was wrong since early on and got her involved in therapies at 7 months which I truly believe made a big difference in her development. We have a great program within our school district - she is in the TMH class (trainable mentally handicapped). This said, she is the love of our lives and I can't imagine her any different.
