Sue's Story
It's been a long time since high school. Some friends are having fun with this site, so I thought I'd give it a shot.
After high school I moved out of my parents house, so I went to work. Moved to Orange County and went to work for UPS. In 1974 we went on strike and I met my husband walking the picket line. We married in 1975. I became a step mom to four children at 25 years old. Their ages were 16 to 8, oh my. We moved to Ventura in 1975. My son was born in 1979. I pretty much was a stay home Mom. As my son got older I became a Realtor. I have been selling real estate for 26 years. I also serve as assistant manager.

sband passed away in 2002. I still remain very close to my step kids, (adults). Their Mom died a year ago, so it's me that is left.
I still enjoy family and friends, the outdoors, music, parties. I have been fortunate to do some world traveling in the past few years, I love it. I enjoy working in my yard, I'm still a flower child with my garden, and flowers.
I lost a daughter at birth in 1978, and then my husband in 2002, so I have a great respect for life. I understand that each day could be the last, and it's important for me to enjoy my life. Now if only I didn't need to work. :-)
That's sums up 40 years pretty quickly.
