Sue Knudsen's Story
We live many lives in one lifetime. I started at Kean College, graduated, then became involved in TaeKwonDo. I Obtained Black Belts before marriage and moving away from the East Coast. Spent some years in the Rockies with my husband and 2 young children. It was fun raising them with basic means. As we moved West, we did lots of camping, fishing, and we became involved in careers. nd mental health problems. I’m now a Program Manager for a Behavioral Health clinic, and talking regularly about retiring. Not sure where we will retire as I want to live in many places and experience so much more in the next chapter. Life wasn’t without tragedies and traumas as well as proud accomplishments. Enduring the grief of unexpected deaths of loved ones, and a traumatic bike accident that still reminds my body to stretch and exercise to lessen pain. I hiked some amazing places, and learned many great skills. I stay focused on the positives, enjoy every day of my life, and keep working on my amazing future.
