Sue's Story
Currently RN, was LPN and still continue to own (w/mom and dad) and act as Licensed Administrator for our facility in Idaho (Assisted Living-Mentally Ill and Developmentally Disabled). It is at the Kooskia Red Fir (old Tahoe Ridge) ranch where we still have the horses (PLEASE Buy One or Two!!!!!). Mom and dad are in Winchester, dad still active at 89 but slowing down every other day or so, last horse ride was in July. Mom is on Oxygen 24/7 and for the past 5-6 years dad has been the main caregiver. This wears him down but he keeps on going.
I have 6 grandchildren with another on the way. My 39 year old daughter is in Colville w/her hubby and 3 girls age 4, 8, 12; my 33 year old son is in Lewiston w/his wife and 18 month old daughter and one on the way; my stepdauhters have been in my ...Expand for more
life since they were small and they are the ages of my son and daughter. The eldest has two children and the younger one will be married in a year. Husband has worked out East for 5 years as they transferred him from the West Coast to solve problems here. He is a Civil Engineer and VP of Operations on that side of the states. I finally gave up in Sept. of last year, left my paying job at the Asthma Clinic in Clarkston, so I can travel out to see him on occassion.
I golf poorly, tap w/some other ladies, do yoga to try to keep body moving, and mostly I fish every weekend and love it. My Idaho neighbor keeps my two horses and the other runs at Kooskia.
That is about it other than my sisters and brother still live in Idaho as well, and haven't changed!
Love to all, and please be happy,
Sue
