Sue's Story
I had a crazy high school experience, attending Rio Americano for my freshman year, then Amador County High School for my sophomore year. I moved back to Sacramento and Rio for my junior year and mid-term graduation my senior year. I attended Sac State for a few years, then moved to Southern California for better job opportunities. and became a Deputy District Attorney for Sacramento County. I retired from the DA's office in December 2014. After traveling for two years I decided I needed to do something productive again so I went to work for the California Highway Patrol as a legislative analyst. I retired from the CHP in April 2020. Now I'm looking forward to traveling this beautiful country in my new travel trailer, my dog by my side.
