Life
After I graduated I went to california where I met my first husband-big mistake-then I had twins-his-and thenI got a divorce and moved back home. I went to work at Mobile Infirmary and retired from there after 10 years. I have published some poems and articles and taught piano at times. Now I'm teacing myself how to use this computer. I love the internet and I have become quite good at enlarging and coping pictures.I sure miss the old days.I'd give just about anything to be 17 again and know what I know now.
well, it's been two years since i wrote this. I took care of my mother for eight years until she died, Sept. was two years ago. I could not stand the thought of going back to the hospital to work so I took a job at Walmart . agine why people try to make them seem so bad! They hire a wide range of people who probably could not get jobs anywhere else. There are people with disibilities of all discriptions, old people( even older than me), young people going to college and some getting their GEDs. There are management programs for the more ambitious and regular raises and bonuses for everyone. I work part time and still have the same insurance that I had at the hospital. I'm doing just fine and hope all my buddies from Vigor are too. Hang in there, love, suellen
That was a year and a half ago, I quit Walmart= they liked to worked me to death, I do miss it at times though. I'm staying home now and selling stuff on e-bay. I think most everyone who grew up in Prichard moved out here close to me. I got the wrong mail the other day and it was my old neighbors = seems though she lives right around the corner from me.
