Suelyn's Story

Life Life is good. Life after High School does exist. Amazing how High School seems like the end all be all while you are there, but after it is done life not only goes on, but thank God, it gets so much better. So much has happened from 1988, till now I couldn't possible list it all in 4000 characters. I got married and my husband and I have three beautiful boys. The four men in my life have been an amazing blessing. Life has thrown so many challenges at us, I have to say each of them has made me a stronger person. People ask would you go back to High School if you could? I say not for all the tea in China. I have good memories and some I'd like to forget. The people I met have forever changed my life, some for good, some not so much. But like all things in life you have to have the good with the bad. I'm currently a stay anywhere but home mom and thankful that I can be where ever my kids and husband need me to be. Between them, a dog, two ca...Expand for more
ts, and a turtle (yes the same turtle I had in High School), I am pretty busy, always. But life is good, I miss some of the great friends I had in the 80's. I do miss the 80's. We were all thinner, we thought we knew it all, the music KICKED BUTT, and mall was THE place to be, and our friends dominated our lives and time. But growing up has been so much better! Can any one believe it has been 16 years since graduation. Some times I talk to people from High School, and it feels like just yesterday, other times it feels like it was a million years ago. So many of my friends who had children in school, or just after, their kids are getting ready for high school, or graduation, wow! that is amazing. Where does the time go? Take care, Life is good.
